The “High Country Health and Wellness” Expo originally scheduled for 8th November 2008 has been postponed until 2nd May 2009 in order to coincide with the “A Sustainable World” Expo (www.asustainableworld.com.au).

The larger venue (Mansfield Show Grounds) and the draw card of two complementary expos held on the same day will attract both more exhibitors and members of the public.  There will also be the option of outdoor exhibits for those interested.

The “A Sustainable World” Expo in 2008 saw 300 people through the door with a full seminar program.  By combining the two different expos, still with their own advertising, naming and separate areas within the venue, 2009 promises to be an event not to be missed.  A Sustainable House tour will also be offered on the Sunday to coincide with the Expo.

Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause and we hope to see you at a bigger and better Expo in 2009.

From beauty therapy to clairvoyancy, from naturopathy to Myotherapy the expo will have it all. Come along and see what is on offer.  Organic coffee and refreshments available.

Mansfield is located in the North East of Victoria approximately 2 and a half hours from Melbourne. It is the closest town to Mt Buller but is also a hub for 4WD touring, camping, horse riding, wine and gourmet tours and other outdoor activities. Mansfield has a fully operating hospital with services ranging from aged care to maternity. The Mansfield shire has a population of approximately 8500 and the town of Mansfieldapproximately 2500. This number rises substantially during both the ski season and summer periods.

What is the High Country Health and Wellness Expo?

This event is designed to showcase Mansfield and the alpine area as a place that is overflowing with health and wellness practitioners, retreats and wellness tourism. The Expo will bring suppliers to the area to allow for easier access for rural health and wellness practitioners and also promote understanding, interest and access in the field of health and wellness to the general public. neck massage The complex is central to town and within walking distance to the main street. The Expo will be in the main part of the complex whilst the seminars and small presentations will be in a smaller room off the main sporting hall.

Why should YOU attend the 2009 High Country Health and Wellness Expo?

Despite all the new communication technologies, face-to-face contact is much preferred and still the most successful way of doing business. No sales catalogue can perform as well as personal contact and hands-on product demonstrations. At the 2009 Expo, you will have the best opportunity to renew existing customer loyalty, meet new practitioners and see what the North East has to offer in the way of health and wellbeing services. There will be a seminar program running throughout the day (timetable TBC).
